Paula Lee, Massage Therapist

Receiving an aromatherapy kit for Christmas as a teenager sparked an interest in a holistic approach to health & wellbeing and started me on a lifelong learning journey. I am passionate about natural health and how we can be empowered to take responsibility for our own wellbeing.

I have worked as a massage therapist since 2008, mainly focused on providing back, neck and shoulder massages in the corporate environment, which gave me great work/life balance while my daughters were young.

Immediately after qualifying in Remedial & Sports Massage in 2013, I began working with Heart of Midlothian football club’s first team, providing game day and recovery massage. I worked with the team for two seasons. I have also volunteered with Edinburgh Rugby’s Elite Development Players.

During a treatment, I like to focus on areas of pain or restriction. I blend techniques from all of my qualifications to provide a treatment tailored to each individual and wonderfully combining the relaxation and remedial effects of massage.

In my spare time I love to cook and am passionate about nutrition. I enjoy walking and furthering my knowledge in health and wellbeing.
