HypnoBirthing Course

£220 (or £250 with the course book and CD) for five 2.5-3-hour weekly sessions for a pregnant woman and her birth partner. Includes a comprehensive folder of handouts, a set of Positive Birth Affirmation Cards, a 20% discounted Pregnancy Massage for HypnoBirthing, a free 30ml bottle of Massage Oil for a Calm Birth plus lots of tea, coffee and cakes!

Private courses in your home are available at a cost of £420 per couple.

Parent and Baby Support charged at £15 an hour and can be booked for a minimum of 4 hours at a time in advance.

Fertile Body Method

£60 initial consultation session, lasting 1 hour 30 minutes.

£40 for each subsequent session, lasting 1 hour.  

'Baby Massage with Songs and Rhymes', 'Baby Massage with Shiatsu' and 'Baby Signing and Singing' Courses

Group sessions:

Adapting Baby Massage for your 1-3 year old:

£15 for a one-off 2-hour workshop (with a minimum of 6 parents)

£30 per adult for a three weekend course of 1-hr sessions each weekend
