Slavic Massage

Slavic Massage is one of the purest and oldest forms of Aromatherapy.

Warm oil is drizzled on to the skin and slow, flowing movements induce deep relaxation. It is extremely relaxing and nurturing.

An almost hypnotic state is reached through a combination of firm and feather-light rhythmical massage.

Gentle, full-body stretching movements help to further relax you, releasing tension and easing joint mobility.

Choose from a range of aromatic oils that nourish the skin and improve tone. Muscular release is felt as the body slips into a tranquil and restorative state.

Slavic Massage dates back to the Genghis Khan era and was developed by nomadic, tribal people. It has since spread to the West from Central Asia and Eastern Europe but has its roots firmly in the Lake Baikal/Atlai Mountain regions.

A full body treatment can last up to 3 hours, although shorter 1 hour, 1.5 hours and 2 hours sessions are available.
