There is a misconception in meditation that we are supposed to stop our thoughts. This is almost impossible as we are going against the nature of our minds.
Most beginners when instructed to turn their attention inwards, realise just how busy and restless their mind is, trying to sit in peace whilst observing the mental chaos is enough to put anyone off.
At the beginning I believe a more passive approach is required. People need to build a relationship with their inner landscape and guided mediation is a great way of developing this relationship.
Meditation is our natural state. Using time honoured techniques, in a gentle and nurturing way, even the most stressed out person can access peace and tranquillity.
Suitable for beginners and for those with experience. A great way to end the working week.
