Mama Chat Social Group

Please come and join us at this relaxed and informal group for mums to meet, chat and have a cuppa in a friendly space in the centre of town.

We meet once a month on a Monday evening on the second Monday of each month.

This lovely group is mainly a social group for mums to enjoy a break from the kids (much as we love them!), meet up and get to know each other.

Each session will also include some general chat about one topic related to a specific parenting issue.

The group is facilitated by Sarah who runs a series of Connected Parenting and BabyCalm workshops and courses.

If you are able to make it along to this friendly group all we ask is that you make a donation of £5 to cover room hire costs and refreshments.

This group is for mums only and takes place at the KnotStressed Clinic, 10a Blenheim Place, Edinburgh EH7 5JH.

10th September 7.30-9pm and then the SECOND Monday of every month.
