Inspire Kids with Massage!

For parents of 1-3 year olds: We know it can be frustrating trying to massage your little one when they start to crawl away from you. So, we offer parents and carers of 1-3 year olds a fun 2-hour 'grown-up only' workshop to help show you how to massage with songs, stories and games. This workshop will help keep your growing child entertained and involved until they start to ask you for a massage themselves! The session is very informal, great fun and can be booked on demand for a minimum of 6 adults.

For parents and 4-6 year olds: Learn how to give your child a fantastic massage and they can learn how to give you one too in this relaxing after-school family class.  A simple and fun routine is taught through the clothes with stories, songs and rhymes in a dynamic three week course for parents and children aged 4-6 year olds.
Next course: Every Saturday at 2-3pm from 3rd to 17th April.
 

Both these 'Inspire Kids with Massage' sessions combine elements of the International Association of Infant Massage (IAIM) Baby Massage routine & the international Massage in Schools Programme for 4-12 year old children.

Bedtime will never be the same again - most children love being massaged and benefits can include feeling happy, being calmer, improving self-confidence and promoting better sleep.

1-3 year old parent 2-hour workshop cost: £15

4-6 year old family course cost: £30 for the three sessions per parent and child.
