Yoga, Meditation and Qi Gong

 

 

Our relaxed classes are an ideal way to get acquainted with these traditional and mindful practices. 

Sessions are limited to 6-8 per class, allowing true focus and support for everyone taking part. 

Our sessions are suitable for all ages. 

We offer Gentle Yoga, Yin YogaYoga for Fertility, Well Woman YogaPregnancy Yoga, Mother and Baby Yoga, and Deep Chill Yoga. 

We also offer Qi Gong

    This gentle Yin Yoga workshop will help you reach complete and full relaxation. Not only will you feel nourished and well rested but all the organ systems of your body benefit from this kind of practice.

  • Gentle Yoga

    Take it easy in these enjoyable classes, gently stretching and strengthening mind and body before ending with a soothing relaxation. Ideal for beginners. 

  • Well Woman Yoga

    These gentle yoga classes provide excellent support for women’s health in general, and menstrual and reproductive health in particular.

    Join in this gentle four week course in meditation, Buddhist and Daosit philosophy designed to create and cultivate peace in the mind, heart and body.
