What we do

Back into shape – Free Nutrition MOT Check up!

Getting back to shape after the holidays or following pregnancy can be daunting. Often even when we try to lose weight with a calories restrictive diet, the excess weight does not go away. There are many reasons for this; the most common are a metabolic blockage (slow metabolism), excessive water retention and food addiction.

The secret to a successful weight loss programme is offering a dietary plan specifically designed for your own individual biological make-up and life-style.  The first step is for us to assess your nutritional status using a range of parameters including the most advanced technology in the nutrition field (Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis).

Join us for a free nutrition MOT check-up!

During this free session we will help you assess your nutritional status and general health through

  • Bioelectrical impedance analysis: to assess your metabolism, muscle mass, fat mass, water retention and cellular integrity. These measures are essential to understand if there is excess water retention, excess fat mass or a metabolic blockage.
  • Basal metabolic rate calculation
  • Height, weight and Body Mass Index
  • Calculation of ideal weight

Once the physical examination has been carried out, experienced Nutritionist, Dr. Ilenia Paciarotti will discuss your results with you, helping you embark on a healthy start to 2017.
